Sad tale. I took lots of photos of Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire only to discover shortly before we left that there was no film in my camera. Doh!

There is plenty to see and do here, but my memories are as hazy as my photography.

Please see the National Trust's official site if you want to know more.

Bags of atmosphere. Whilst most preserved railways are out in the country, the K&WVR is a rare example of a short branch line through a predominantly built-up area.

Haworth Vicarage, home of the Brontė sisters is a stiff climb up the hill from Haworth Station.

Oakworth Station was used as the location for the 1970 film The Railway Children

Check the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway's website for opening times etc.
