From the Linford Bottom Car Park walk back down towards the road and cross over to the other side of the stream. Walk up the stream, keeping the fence round Little Linford Inclosure to you right.
Follow the track into Pinnick Wood and then turn left down towards Linford Brook. Cross the brook and head back to the Car Park, keeping Great Linford Inclosure to you right.
The area around the Car Park is very popular in summer, but it is surprising how quickly you can get away from the crowds and into some of the wilder parts of the Forest.
